We are pleased to share the motivational and compelling story of Diana Carolina Silva, Human Resources (INDASA Portugal).


Having graduated in Psychology, Human Resources & General Management, Diana found herself in the IT world where she developed a love for creation and innovative thinking. Her passion for exciting and dynamic working led her to a new position within INDASA:


“I saw it as a challenge, I was starting from scratch and learning along the way. I wanted to raise our practices to be the best in the entire sector.”


Gender bias is a learned behaviour and we can overcome this with education. It’s imperative that from an early age there is an open dialogue regarding gender inclusion. If we can build our future generations on the premise that gender equality is fundamental for growth, we will have an entirely different working environment in years to come.  


“Our battle isn’t solely gender related, it’s changing mentalities and recognising skill sets & competencies, working towards a more inclusive world.” 


The #EachforEqual movement celebrates the multicultural world we live in today. We are now more informed and more connected than ever before. We must harness this power and turn it into a sustainable future for both females and males. 


A strong and truly inspirational example for this year’s theme ‘an equal world is an enabled world’ – thank you for sharing Diana.
