We’re delighted to share the outstanding achievements of Alice Peretti, Finance Manager (INDASA Italia).

“I was thrilled to be a part of the latest addition to the family; INDASA Italia!” 

Alice spent her younger years helping her family with numerous bookkeeping jobs, this provided her motivation and love of finance. With a clear desire to enter the financial world, Alice studied for a master’s degree in Economics and later became a Certified Public Accountant. In 2018, we opened our newest affiliate in Turin! With an impressive 11 years’ experience, Alice joined as Finance Manager, responsible for all financial decisions within INDASA Italy.

“I’m the only woman in my team and I’ve never felt disadvantaged. I appreciate this isn’t the case for all professional women. It is a privilege but, I believe it should be standard practice.”

It’s important that both female and males have access to the same opportunities. Biases and negative behaviours can pose a severe threat to working environments. The #EachForEqual movement works to overcome these barriers.

Advocating this year’s theme “an equal world is an enabled world” – thank you for sharing Alice.
