As a manufacturer, we are committed to fostering knowledge, both within our company and in the broader industry.
We previously partnered with WorldSkills Asia in Abu Dhabi and SpainSkills, and this year, we’re excited to have our Technical Team Lead, Will Callaghan, representing INDASA as an Automotive Body Repair judge at the WorldSkills UK Competition.
“It’s a real honour to be a part of the judging panel for what is the most prestigious competition in our industry, showcasing the skills and passion of the next generation“ – Will Callaghan, Technical Team Lead.
The WorldSkills UK Competition will take place in Bolton from November 19th to 21st, with the medal ceremony on November 22nd.
This competition is more than just an event; it serves as a national platform to showcase the high standards of training in the UK. It strengthens connections among educational institutions, businesses, and professional organisations, all working together to support the next generation in the automotive industry.
As a global brand, INDASA brings vital industry relevance and technical expertise to the competition. Our involvement demonstrates how effective partnerships between industry and education can advance new training methods and equip students for successful careers. This event not only celebrates the skills of these young professionals but also fosters the growth of competencies essential to the industry’s future in the UK and globally.
“This is a testament to our commitment and delivery of technical expertise and instruction. INDASA are proud to support the growth and development of young talent in the automotive industry” – Humberto Plácido, Group Technical Manager.
