The trainings took place at CEPRA - Professional Training Center for Automobile Repair in Lisbon and Maia, on April 21st and May 10th. They were made by Gonçalo Rodrigues, Humberto Plácido and Ricardo Mourinha. Our technicians had 40 trainees in total between  16-30 years.

The main purpose of this activity was to boost the partnership that INDASA has with CEPRA. As this is a training center that fits our market and offers all the conditions for the success of these actions, makes sense to dynamize the training and test our range of products to those who use them daily.

Through is dynamism and the development of our products, our technicians presented our Ultravent system, a unique solution developed by INDASA, through its extraction capacity that eliminates clogging and provides a clean and clever working environment. Presentation of the Plus-Line Ultravent line have been updated.  Also introduced our Process to Profit Program in which INDASA offers innovative solutions to the body shops and optimizes their profitability. Finally, we demonstrated our Autogloss polishing, for a high-performance finish.

In total 40 trainees went through our training who consider that these actions were an asset, having addressed topics that will be beneficial in their entry into the world of work.

Have been a success, so, the goal is to continue these actions and developing dynamics for trainees and trainers. It is important to note that over the course of 4 years there was a significant increase in the number of students who completed their initial painting training, a synonym that, there is still a growing interest in the area and consequent interest in the innovation of products that complement these professionals. INDASA should continue following this evolution.
