What we like about it:

Easy to Apply and Install:  The Booth Coating can be applied with HVLP airless or air-assisted spray equipment to protect booth walls, doors, ceilings, and glass surfaces from paint overspray build-up.  In less than 30 minutes, the Paint Booth Mat can be installed with little to no floor prep and no expensive tools.

Increases Throughput:  By applying the Booth Coating, booth walls and surfaces are kept clean from overspray build-up resulting in better lighting, cleaner paintwork, less rework and materials, and faster throughput (all for a more profitable shop).  The Paint Booth Mat’s unique non-woven material traps paint overspray, dust, and dirt, reducing paint defects by 50% or more.  By vacuuming daily to remove contamination, there is no need to scrape inches of paint overspray buildup off the spray booth floor.  The mat’s padding reduces noises and makes standing and kneeling much more comfortable.  

Long-Lasting Protection:  This water borne coating protects all booth surfaces from paint overspray, including walls, doors, ceilings, lights, and windows.  The coating should be removed with water and re-applied every 150 bake cycles or three months.

Environmental Impacts:  All Like90 coatings are based on water borne chemistry, are non-hazardous for transport, and compliant with the strictest V.O.C. (Volatile Organic Compounds) regulations.  The waste from this water borne booth coating is safe to sewer and components are ultimately biodegradable.
